Aoki Shinkichi 青木伸吉
Aoki was born in Osaka, Japan in 1982.
After graduated from Tsuji Culinary Institute,
he continued honing his skills at one-star restaurant in Perigueux, France.
He came back to Japan,
and became a chef de partie at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka La Baie.
He also has a Sommelier certified.
